Dexlyn - AMM -> CLMM

A DEX became credible by treating liquidity, indexing, analytics, and migration as one product system.

Context

When Supra was testnet-only, Dexlyn needed more than a swap interface - it needed an onboarding engine. Users had to discover the DEX, understand testnet flows, do meaningful actions, and trust the brand before the chain itself went live. The product was never just the AMM: it was the campaign, the analytics, the indexer, the education, and the mainnet release process around it.

What I did

Designed and launched Dexlyn v1's testnet AMM and its incentivized campaign, driving a 42k daily active user peak from Supra's 500k KYC'd pool. Personally ran wallet-level campaign analytics - segmentation, participation-quality scoring, farming detection - and oversaw roughly $150M in trading volume across the products I led. Helped navigate SQL-injection attacks without slipping timelines. Researched and built a production indexer from scratch when no mature Supra indexing existed. Onboarded pump.fun as the first major liquidity partner. Managed a team of 4 engineers and the v1 mainnet releases. Then led the v2 transition to concentrated liquidity: whale LP migration from legacy pools, chart-accuracy work across indexing/caching/rendering, the Aptos-Coin -> Fungible Asset framework migration, iAsset integration, and a framework for dollar-pricing tokens with no oracle - plus default-slippage tuning from transaction-success analytics.

How it works

A CLMM is a capital-efficiency upgrade priced in cognitive load: ranges, ticks, fee density, out-of-range capital. The product job was making LPs understand when their money is working and when it is sleeping - education campaigns, safer migration paths, and charts accurate enough to trust.

Impact

A 42k peak daily active user base before mainnet existed, durable liquidity relationships, indexing infrastructure everything later stood on, and a DEX that grew from simple swaps into a serious liquidity venue.
